The estate is very well kept with beautiful plants and ferns all around! Kudos to the team! Location and rooms are totally magical! The food is really very basic , lacks local touch and there is no focus on variety, ( only one non veg item and dosa Upma eggs for breakfast is not in tandem with the standards this place can boast of! ) while it is served hot and is tasty we were let down ! Have stayed at many home stays and have had a much better culinary experience and we being foodies we look forward to that! Overall the place and stay is good picture perfect in the tea plantations ! The jeep ride at a nominal additional cost with tea snacks served there were our highlight !

Mind blowing place with excellent hospitality and food. Loved the picnic spot and view point visits. Food was homely and tasty. Well managed place which is very serene and private. Perfect for a holiday!

Loved the experience at Sinnadorai bungalows Kadamane. The location is superb and the 100 year renovated Bungalow is a rare experience. Radhika was super efficient and a great host. The short treks and trips were perfect - not too long but exciting. Food was homely and fresh but would have liked some more options - especially children would have preferred a choice of desserts , ice cream etc. Staff were nice but they looked bored and off colour - doing their duty.

We were a group of 7 couples from Bengaluru who stayed between the dates of 30/12/23 - 2/1/24. The place is beautiful and the surroundings salubrious. The hospitality, service and efficency of the staff were commendable. The meals were all delicious to say the least. Must come back here again sometime soon.

We had a beautiful stay at Sinnadorai, Kadamane. It feels a different world once you enter the estate. The elegant tea plantations, the mountains, the forest give an ethereal feeling. The sunset from the view point, the serene stream in the middle of the forest, the tea and pakodas at the windy view point, the jeep ride through the forest has given the holiday a next level of happiness. And to top all of that is the very warm and comfortable Sinnadorai bungalow. It is Immaculately maintained, beautifully decorated and with a cook who seems to have magic in his hands. The simple home styled food is delicious. Everyone at the property is polite, courteous and helpful. Thanks to Ms Radhika for her kindness and guidance in helping us have a lovely holiday.

Right from the call from Ms. Radhika Cariappa to confirm the visit the previous day to the drive up from Sakeleshpur to the Kadamane Estates - it was a pleasant beginning. The drive from Bangalore took all of 5 hours in the morning including a break for breakfast. The warm welcome, the simple but exquisite room coupled with personal and excellent hospitality, not to forget the simple but very good food - it's a clear 5 out of 5. Do not miss the walks around, trek in the morning, drive up the hill for the sunset view point with tea/ coffee snacks served there and the drive down to the stream with lunch served. Take the jeep and driver provided by the Estate for a nominal charge. And do not forget to read the book Tea-Tote-Um to know about the history of the Estate set in the 1930s and the small but incredible "Bear Girl" - a real life incident in the 1950s in Kadamane. Or to take a peep into the common room to espy the vintage writing and calculating machines, photographs and bottles of old wine in an old bottle. Kadamane Resorts - Old Wine in a New Modern Bottle.

Superb property and location.! The staff and the manager - Radhika require a special mention. We were pampered and spoilt and it really felt like we had gone home. The place is beautifully decorated and maintained. The food is simple home cooked fare but very tasty with a whole lot of variety. It is most definitely recommended if you need a break from the city humdrum and wish to just immerse in nature. Just a 4 hour drive from Bangalore, the place is easily accessible. We would most definitely love to go back again.
